“Every educator should take this course. It’s empowering, affirming, and a true game-changer for supporting students with ADHD—and honestly, for becoming a better teacher overall.”
— Lindsay W
The ADHD Toolkit for Teachers
A course to equip teachers with information, strategies, and tools to help their students thrive in a neurotypical education system.
"This course is a masterclass in understanding ADHD and supporting the challenges in the classroom. As a mental health therapist, I have been frustrated with the limited time we are given to help support our clients in the classroom. This course provides teachers with the information and tools to support their ADHD students, diagnosed or not, and with or without the support of a therapist. This course is written for teachers but also hold so much value for any adults that work with school age children (speech, occupational therapy, mental health, school counselors)."
- A. P., School-based mental health therapist

Why The ADHD Toolkit for Teachers?
-
We’ve all attended those Professional Developments sessions where the speaker is well meaning, but they’ve never been a teacher. They just don’t get it.
You need realistic strategies from someone who gets what it's actually like in the classroom. I spent 8 years teaching in a 4th grade, gen. ed. classroom with LOTS of students with ADHD. I get it.
-
Intensive Pro. D. Days are great, but when do you have time to apply it?
This is in-depth training spread out over 12 months. Because nobody has time for PD during report card season!
-
There are always teacher tasks to do, so how can you make a course fit? Short video trainings!
I encourage you to listen while you do your photocopying or pick up abandoned pencils at the end of the day. The videos are accessible when you have time.
-
Because next year's students will need different tools than this year. This course is designed to be a resource you will come back to, over and over again.

Hey! I’m Kendall!
I have spent countless hours researching what ADHD is, why the ADHD brain works the way it does, and how we can best work with our students’ ADHD instead of trying to force them to use neurotypical strategies.
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 24. I’m also a parent, teacher, and Certified ADHD Educator.
Between my own diagnosis and supporting my students and family with ADHD, I’ve spent years learning about ADHD. I have faced the messaging that I am broken, just need to try harder, or need yet another app to ‘fix’ my challenges.
But people with ADHD are not broken. We just require a different set of tools and strategies to help us thrive in a world that wasn’t built for us.
"Just started session 5 and had to stop and come in here to say that. The information I am getting from this course has been so incredibly fascinating and informative. I don't know about anyone else, but I NEED things repeated multiple times. I am so very grateful for this opportunity to learn about all of this."
— Erika Baker, 25 year Elementary Teacher in California
"Learning so much! Grateful for the help and knowledge- best way to help my students is to learn all I can! Thank you!"
— Jenni M., 2nd Grade Teacher
"The main idea that hyperactivity is serving a purpose and therefore does not need to be stopped, but instead redirected or supported was an 'aha' moment for me. I think I've always known this, but hearing Kendall say it and explain it was really helpful for me."
— Deona, Grade 3 Teacher

I know it seems like a long time, but let's be realistic here. We've all done those PD sessions with great ideas but no time to implement, right? Or you see a great idea, but it's report card time and you don't have time or energy do anything extra right now. I get it!
Instead of trying to give you WAY too much information at once (because ADHD is SO complex), I give you one topic a month! Take the first week or two to watch the videos, and then you have another two weeks to try and apply one new idea to your classroom. Now THAT is a sustainable pace for PD! -
I wrote this course and tested it with teachers who work in preschool all the way up to 12th grade! Yes, it will apply to your level!
-
Yup, this is made for you too! Music, art, drama, options, resource/support teachers - this is made for you too!
-
If you work in education in any capacity (Education Assistant, Mental Health Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, or other), you are welcome to join and I believe that it will benefit you! Email me if you want to ask about your specific situation.

I can't say yes for sure, but I've had a number of teachers from different schools or districts get this course covered by PD funds. Need something specific for your application? Reach out and we can help!

Every session has a spot to ask questions! I try to make sure I’m answering questions every week or two.
If you want more personal support, check out the live calls! You can jump on and ask specific questions or learn from the questions that others’ ask.
Oh, hi! You’ve made it all of the way down here. Look, I know you may be thinking, “Is this just another person selling another professional development session that will be a big disappointment?” I wish I could promise you that your students will ADHD will be totally different by next Tuesday. Not going to happen. (Plus, I don’t want those students to have a new brain. ADHD has some incredible benefits).
The reality is that supporting students with ADHD in a healthy way is a lot of work – hard work. But you have a choice.
Do you want to keep trying to figure out if this is actually an ADHD thing or just a defiance thing on your own? Or do you want to a toolkit full of information, strategies, and tools that you can refer back to at any time?
I want to see your ADHD students thrive without burning you out! Come, join me. Let’s do this together.
